Who holds your data

Hótel Bergvík Reykjavík is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us here:

Visit counts

We count which pages are opened and where visitors arrived from. No name, no address and nothing that identifies you across other websites is stored, which is why this needs no consent. We also count how far bookings get on this site — how often dates are chosen, a room, table or pitch is picked and a booking is made — without linking those counts to you.

Cookies

Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them, and you can decline without losing anything on this site. One cookie is always set: it lets us tell that a booking came from this website, and it is read by nobody else.

When you write to us

If you send an enquiry we keep what you wrote and how to answer it, so that we can. It is not added to any marketing list.

When you book

A booking is handled by our property system and our payment provider. Card details never reach this website.

Your rights

Write to us at the address above to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
